Map visualisation service (WMS) of the dataset: Information perimeters of the local urban plan of MONTJOIE-EN-COUSERANS

The informational perimeters of the local urban planning plan (PLU) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the spatial information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes: — the details which are to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code; — surface information carried over on graphical documents for information purposes. In this dataset are the surface information of TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the graphical documents of the PLU.地方城市规划方案（Local Urban Planning Plan，PLU）的信息边界，依据法国国家地理信息委员会（CNIG）的国家级规范完成数字化处理。 此类边界所承载的空间信息，均出于合规管理或信息公示两类目的新增： — 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条要求，需附随于规划文件的详细内容； — 为信息公示目的，在图形文档中承载的地表空间信息。 若地方城市规划方案的图形文档中包含04类（城市优先购买权边界，Urban Preemption Right Perimeters）与05类（延迟开发区，Deferred Development Areas）的地表空间信息，均纳入本数据集范畴。
