Matlab files, containing one timetable of CPR taxa data for the North Atlantic years 2019 and 2020, and one table showing the taxa names listed. Counting method 1= eye count, 2 = traverse, 3 = phytoplankton. Plankton abundance counts are recorded according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. (2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74).
