Data for Broadband infrared imaging governed by guided-mode resonance in dielectric metasurfaces

It includes the data for the paper "Broadband Infrared Imaging Governed by Guided-Mode Resonance in Dielectric Metasurfaces": Simulated transmission spectra (.dat), calculated multipoles (.dat), measured linear transmisison data (.txt) by NQ512-2.5 for NIR spectrometer, measured nonlinear emission (.txt) by QEPRO-XR spectrometer, measured nonlinear imaging (.tiff) by spectrometer and CS165MU/M CCD camera.本数据集配套于论文《介质超表面（dielectric metasurfaces）导模共振（guided-mode resonance）调控的宽带红外成像》（"Broadband Infrared Imaging Governed by Guided-Mode Resonance in Dielectric Metasurfaces"），包含以下数据：仿真透射光谱文件（格式为.dat）、计算得到的多极子数据文件（格式为.dat）、由NQ512-2.5设备配合近红外光谱仪（NIR spectrometer）采集的线性透射测量数据（格式为.txt）、由QEPRO-XR光谱仪采集的非线性发射测量数据（格式为.txt），以及由光谱仪与CS165MU/M CCD相机（CCD camera）采集的非线性成像数据（格式为.tiff）。
