Digital maturity of Norman companies

[The Observatory of Digital Transformations](https://espaces-numeriques.normandie.fr/observatoire-des-transformations-numeriques) brings together in a partnership “outside the walls” the Normandy Region, the state services in the region (represented by DREETS and DRAAF Normandie), the CCI Normandie, the CMA Normandie, the Chamber of Agriculture of Normandy, the University of Caen Normandie, the Normandy School of Management and the Bank of Territories. This partnership aims to carry out digital maturity surveys of Norman actors: companies, communities and users. The first survey was for companies. A representative panel per department and sector of activity was created by the consular chambers from their membership bases, using the quota sampling method. The survey was passed by telephone from February to March 2021. 2046 companies agreed to respond to this questionnaire. The data were analysed by the [School of Management of Normandy](https://www.em-normandie.com/fr/plus-de-80-pourcent-des-entreprises-ratent-elles-le-coche-du-numerique) and the [University of Caen Normandie].
