本数据集以三峡库区笋溪河流域上游至下游40个采样点为研究对象采集水样，研究设定的水质观测指标包括：经纬度、酸碱度（pH）、温度（T）、电导率（EC）、溶氧量（DO）、总氮（TN）、总磷（TP）和化学需氧量（COD）。其中pH：pH计法；水温：温度计法；电导率：便携式电导率仪；溶解氧：便携式溶解氧测定仪；总氮：紫外分光光度法；总磷：钼酸铵分光光度法；化学需氧量：快速消解分光光度法。This dataset collects water samples from 40 sampling sites spanning the upstream to downstream reaches of the Sunxi River Basin in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. The preset water quality monitoring indicators include: longitude and latitude, pH value (pH), temperature (T), electrical conductivity (EC), dissolved oxygen (DO), total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), and chemical oxygen demand (COD). The specific detection methods for each indicator are as follows: pH value is measured via a pH meter; water temperature via a thermometer; electrical conductivity via a portable conductivity meter; dissolved oxygen via a portable dissolved oxygen analyzer; total nitrogen via ultraviolet spectrophotometry; total phosphorus via ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry; and chemical oxygen demand via rapid digestion spectrophotometry.
