This set of data gathers Zn-K edge spectra collected either in fluorescence or transmission mode on SOLEIL-SAMBA and ELETTRA-XAS beamlines. The samples include reference minerals acquired from the French National Museum of Natural History (MNHN mineral collection), synthetic samples, as well as samples shared by Valerie BRIOIS (SOLEIL, Paris, France) and by Stephan KAUFHOLD (BGR, Hannover, Germany). The spectra were acquired in the 2014-2017 period and most of this work constitued a part of the PhD of Mathieu LE MEUR, defended in July 2016 at the University of Lorraine.
