We constructed a stable iPAM cell line expressing ASFV-CD2 protein using lentivirus system, which has the function of CD2v protein agglutinating red blood cells. In order to study the changes of intracellular gene expression caused by CD2v protein expression, we constructed iPAM control cell lines expressing GFP protein, and then we performed library construction and RNA-SEQ analysis for the total RNA of the two cell lines.
