Tumour-infiltrating regulatory T cells engage Nrf2 signalling to support their metabolic adaptation in hepatocellular carcinoma

Repository of aggregated samples with Cellranger and Scanpy AnnData H5AD files and TCR mudata files containing clustered and annotated single-cell multi-seq data. The Cellranger outputs have been aggregated by compartments (Liver/Blood or Tumour/Background). The annotated Scanpy data is separated in several files organised by compartments (Liver/Blood, Tumour/Background and Integrated Liver/Tumour/Background), types of data (RNA, Protein or TCR) and subset (All cells or Treg-like subset).
