This repository contains spatial datasets (shapefiles) and R scripts used for the analyses presented in "Assessing the associations between renewable energy generation and other human-induced threats to terrestrial biodiversity" by Antonella Gorosábel, Harith Farooq, Mark Mulligan, Lars L. Iversen and Jonas Geldmann, which is published in Cell Sustainability Reports, 2026 (online on March 30th, 2026 and issue publication on June 26) This study was funded by HORIZON MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (Project number: 101104696, THREATS), the European Union, and The Danish Independent Research council (Grant number: 0165-00018B). The data and scripts are sufficient to reproduce all analyses and figures reported in the manuscript.
