Water maze tracking data

A Morris water maze experiment was performed using 3 days of training and 2 days of reversal with 6 trials per day. Mice (n = 5 per group) of the strains C57BL/6 and DBA/2 were compared. The last trial on days 3 and 5 was a probe trial with no platform present. The swim paths were captured using Noldus Ethovision software (version 3) and the raw coordinate data, as well as arena descriptions and metadata, have been consolidated into an archive in the JSON format using the software Rtrack (https://rupertoverall.net/Rtrack).<br>本研究采用3天训练与2天反转训练的方案开展莫里斯水迷宫（Morris water maze）实验，每日设置6个试次。实验以C57BL/6与DBA/2两个品系的小鼠为研究对象，每组样本量为5只（n=5）并开展对照比较。第3天和第5天的最后一个试次为无平台探查试次。小鼠的游泳路径通过Noldus Ethovision软件（版本3）采集；随后使用Rtrack软件将原始坐标数据、迷宫区域描述及元数据整合为JSON格式的归档文件，该软件官方网址为https://rupertoverall.net/Rtrack。
