This .zip folder includes the code and data necessary to reproduce the analyses in "Patterns of conflict and post-conflict affiliation in Propithecus diadema and Eulemur fulvus" It includes conflict data, dominance data, a phylogenetic tree to reproduce figure 1, and the corresponding R code.
