同户人员是同户居住并生活的人员，也指同一户口薄所登记的人员。户，即：住户，人家，一家称一户，是社会结构与管理的基本单元。分户管理是户籍或人口管理的方式之一，就是以户为单元（社会管理的基本家庭单位），在这个单元中设有户主和若干成员，同一户（家庭）生活或户籍登记的人员即同户人员。Household members refer to individuals who reside and live together in the same household, as well as those registered under the same household registration book. A household, defined as a dwelling unit or a family where one family constitutes one household, serves as the basic unit of social structure and governance. Household-based management is one of the methods for household registration or population management. It takes the household as the unit (the basic family unit for social governance), which comprises a household head and several members. People who live in the same household or are registered under the same household registration book are defined as household members.
