Parkes observations for project P914 semester 2016APRS

Murchison Widefield Array (MWA) observations have led to the discovery of bright, point sources that have steep spectral indices an no optical counterparts. A sample of these sources were observed last semester using the Australia Telescope Compact Array providing measurements (or constraints) on the spectral indices of these sources and, for the detected sources, accurate positions. Here, we propose to use the Parkes telescope to confirm whether or not these sources are pulsars.
