Origin of the Only Myrmecomorphic Stink Bug, Pentamyrmex spinosus (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae), in the Radiation Era of Ants (Hymenoptera: Formicidae)

This dataset contained the matrices and models used in the phylogenomical analysis of the stink bugs (superfamily Pentatomoidea). All four matrices and models used by the two software (IQ-TREE and RAxML) are compressed separately.
