Sequencing of Aspergillus flavus isolates from geo-referenced Mississippi Delta corn fields

A whole-genome sequencing project to explore the genetic diversity of the Aspergillus flavus population in the Mississippi Delta agroecosystem. Geo-referenced isolates from corn and soil were collected in 2017 and sequenced and assembled.
