Supporting data and R code for: <i>Daptomycin OPAT Using Elastomeric Pump Versus Inpatient Treatment for Serious Gram-Positive Infections: A Cost–Consequence Analysis</i>

This dataset contains the R analysis script (v2.0) and all six publication-quality figures generated for the cost-consequence analysis comparing daptomycin-based outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT) via elastomeric pump with standard inpatient treatment for serious gram-positive infections, from the perspective of the Croatian national health insurer (HZZO). The analysis includes deterministic sensitivity analysis (tornado diagram), probabilistic Monte Carlo simulation, cost-effectiveness acceptability curve (CEAC), budget impact analysis, and scenario analysis. All figures were produced with ggplot2. The R script is fully annotated and CHEERS 2022 compliant.
