The three files contain:<b>S1:</b> contains the raw measurements of physicochemical parameters (pH, temperature, ORP etc.) and dissolved CO<sub>2</sub> (measured and calculated from pH and alcalinity with AQUAENV) at different sites and depths at Furnas Lake.<b>S2:</b> contains the physicochemical parameters (pH, temperature, ORP etc.) measured at ~1m depth along a longitudinal transect (north-south) at Furnas Lake.<b>S3</b><b>:</b> interpolated dissolved CO<sub>2</sub> values at different sites and depths at Furnas Lake (with a voxel of 15.18 m ✕ 20.12 m ✕ 1 m) for lower and upper estimates of dissolved CO<sub>2</sub> obtained with AQUAENV.
