Dulaglutide ameliorates chronic stress-induced cognitive impairment via regulating gut microbiota and serum metabolites in mice

In this study, a mouse model of chronic mild stress was used and explored the effect of dulaglutide on chronic stress-induced cognitive impairment and anxiety through a series of behavioral tests. 16S rRNA sequencing and metabolomics analysis were further used to investigate the possible mechanisms by which dulaglutide improved abnormal behavioral phenotypes in mice, providing a basis for the establishment of new clinical treatment strategies.
