Data for paper titled "DDIT4 promotes aberrant differentiation of alveolar epithelial cells by accelerating impaired autophagy in the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis"

The data is part of publication for a paper titled "DDIT4 promotes aberrant differentiation of alveolar epithelial cells by accelerating impaired autophagy in the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis". The data contains analysis code for bulk RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, and spatial transcriptomics. We used this analysis code to explore role of DDIT4 for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
