Study of kidney state in 70% liver resection in experiment in mice

A model of liver regeneration after 70% resection was reproduced in sexually mature male C57 black mice. The animals were removed from the experiment after 1,3 and 7 days. Kidneys were taken from the animals. Kidneys of intact animals were used as a control. Overall design: Twelve sexually mature males of the C57 black line were used in the experiment. The model of liver regeneration after 70% resection was reproduced in 9 mice, 3 mice were used as an intact control. The operated mice were removed from the experiment using a CO2 chamber after 1 (n=3), 3 (n=3) and 7 (n=3) days. Kidneys were used for NGS study.
