A vehicle.km = the movement of a vehicle over the distance of one km on the road network of the entity. The estimate is in line with the figures published by the SPFMT(‘General Census of Circulation 2005’ Brochure No. 32 and above all its Supplement Brochure No. 37). which are in addition to the Five-Year Census published since 1949 in accordance with the rules of the Economic and Social Council for Europe of the United Nations in Geneva. Depending on the road network concerned, different methods are used.车公里（vehicle.km）指某一实体路网中车辆行驶1公里的移动量。本次估算值与SPFMT发布的《2005年交通总体普查》（第32号及后续小册子，尤其是其第37号补充小册子）中的数据相符。该数据系列是对1949年以来依据联合国日内瓦欧洲经济及社会理事会规则发布的五年一次普查数据的补充。针对所涉及的不同路网，将采用差异化的测算方法。
