This dataset supports the publication "Evaluating the electrical stimulation of bone cells based on an induced transmembrane potential model and intracellular calcium levels." It includes raw and processed data, segmentation scripts, numerical models (macro and micro scale), trained deep learning models (InstanSeg), calcium imaging analysis pipelines, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) fitting tools. Each folder contains a dedicated README explaining how to reproduce the results.
