SBK Höjdgrid (2017, 2018, 2019) (internal SBK)

Altitude grid is a ground model (DTM = Digital Terrain Model, which reports elevation data. The coordinate points in the grid file are based on data from airborne laser scanning over the City of Stockholm from 2017, 2018 and 2019 and interpolated to a grid with resolution 1 m, 5m and 10m. The point density of the original point cloud is at least 12 points/m2 on the ground.The points have not been updated since their creation. This means that for areas where the ground has changed since the time of the scan, the coordinates of the points do not match.The items in the layer 'hidden ground' show the interpolated ground height under existing buildings. That the heights are interpolated means that they are calculated heights from the surrounding known heights. The known heights are measured around the building.The points in the layer 'hidden water' show the interpolated water height under existing bridges. That the heights are interpolated means that they are calculated heights from the surrounding known heights. The known heights are saturated around the bridges.
