安全生产平台员工能力评估数据

该数据是员工在安全生产平台中学习后，通过算法计算产生的新的数据。我们从不同的维度对员工学习情况，学术能力，技能水平和整体表现进行评估，得出该员工的技能水平画像。通过该员工的技能水平画像，从不同的重点进行员工的安全生产技能培训，提升员工的安全生产意识和能力。This dataset is newly generated via algorithmic computations after employees complete their learning activities on the work safety platform. We evaluate employees' learning status, academic competence, skill level and overall performance across multiple dimensions, and generate personalized skill profiles for each employee. Based on these individual skill profiles, targeted work safety skill training can be implemented with differentiated focuses to enhance employees' safety awareness and practical operational capabilities.
