Samples derived from cell culture infections MERS-CoV treated with varying concentrations of EIDD-1931 (NHC). RNA-seq libraries generated on a NovaSeq machine with poly(A) selection for variant analysis and recombination junction detection. Samples in this study were analyzed to determine the effects of NHC on CoV RNA synthesis.
