Identification of the causative gene of Lotus japonicus nitrate unresponsive symbiosis 2 mutant. Lotus japonicus strain:Miyakojima MG-20

To identify a causative gene of the Lotus japonicus nitrate unresponsive symbiosis 2 (nrsym2) mutant, we collected genotype information on SNP sites of the nrsym2 mutant by whole genome resequencing using bulked DNA of F2 plants showing mutant phenotype, which were derived from a cross between the nrsym2 mutant and the original wild type line (MG-20).
