混凝土抗折强度直接影响到混凝土结构工程乃至整房屋建筑工程的安全、适用和经济。混凝土凝结3天28天的抗折强度检测,保证混凝土质量,成为建筑工程管理中的重要环节。按照国家标准GB175-2007,对混凝土凝结3天28天的抗折强度进行检测,通过检测仪测得试件截面的高宽b(mm),标准夹具L(mm),破坏荷载Ff(kN),每个样品分别进行三次检测,计算出三次的抗折强度值,计算公式如下:抗折强度Rf=(1.5*Ff*L)/b³,再分别计算出3天28天的抗折强度的平均值也就是测定值。对照标准值最后判定所检项目符合国家标准标准要求,当3天、28天的抗压强度以及抗折强度的检测平均值同时满足标准,则判定为合格,反之不合格,判定公式如下:F(x)=IF(AND(3天抗折强度测定值≥5,28天抗折强度测定值≥7),"合格",“不合格”)。

The flexural strength of concrete directly affects the safety, applicability and economic performance of concrete structural works and even entire building construction projects. Detecting the flexural strength of concrete at 3 days and 28 days after setting is a critical procedure in construction project management to ensure concrete quality. In accordance with the national standard GB 175-2007, flexural strength tests are conducted for concrete at 3 days and 28 days after setting. The testing apparatus measures the cross-sectional height and width b (mm) of the specimen, the standard fixture length L (mm), and the failure load Ff (kN). Each sample is tested three times independently, and the flexural strength values from the three tests are calculated using the following formula: Flexural strength Rf = (1.5 × Ff × L) / b³. Then, the average value (i.e., the measured value) of the flexural strength at 3 days and 28 days is calculated respectively. Finally, the tested items are evaluated against the standard values to determine if they meet the national standard requirements. The test items are judged as qualified if the average measured values of both the 3-day and 28-day compressive strength and flexural strength satisfy the standard requirements simultaneously; otherwise, they are judged as unqualified.
