"Antibiotics under our feet" Full Bioinformatics Output (Batch 2)

The attached data files are the full bioinformatics output for the first six soil samples collected during the University of St Andrews "Antibiotics under our feet" citizen science project funded by a ScotPEN Wellcome Engagement Award to Clarissa Melo Czekster, University of St Andrews. The logFile gives further details. Files names starting "Pin" correspond to map pins placed on the interactive map on the project website at each soil sample collection location. Each map pin generates a unique ID number. These numbers have been used across the project for identifying soil samples and their associated data. This full dataset consists of the logFile and 14 .zip files. This batch contains the second 7 .zip files.
