Daily Sea Surface Temperatures from Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA)

This dataset contains daily analyzed sea surface temperatures (SSTs) of the latest 30 days, for each 0.25 degree latitudinal and longitudinal squares for the region from 120E to 160E and between 20N and 50N in the western North Pacific. The daily SSTs are analyzed at the Oceanographical Division of the JMA. The analysis uses NOAA/AVHRR data processed at Meteorological Satellite Center of Japan and in situ SST observation by ships and buoys.
