Asterisks indicate p-values that were significant after a Holm multiple-testing adjustment. Pathways are ordered according to chromosome. For interpretation of the by-chromosome association tests, the number of genes from the 15 lipid metabolism pathways that are intersected by CNVs is given (# Genes Interrupted).
