湖南省单、双季稻空间分布与生长时段数据集(2013)

湖南省是中国水稻主产区之一,也是单季水稻和双季水稻混合生长的地区。在2013年MOD09A1数据基础上,结合实地调查,研发的湖南省2013年单、双季稻空间分布与生长阶段数据集包括(1)湖南省单、双季稻2013年500米空间分辨率地理分布数据;(2)湖南省双季稻生育期早稻、晚稻三期(移栽期、抽穗期、成熟期)500米空间分辨率数据;(3)单、双季稻全年每8日增强型植被指数(EVI)的均值与标准差表格数据。该数据集在MOD09A1数据基础上,经过数据预处理,计算出增强型植被指数(EVI)、归一化植被指数(NDVI)、地表水分指数(LSWI)的全年时序曲线;对EVI和NDVI全年时序曲线进行Savitzky-Golay滤波,运用CART决策树分类方法,得到湖南省单、双季稻空间分布数据。运用转折点法提取早、晚稻的移栽期和抽穗期,运用最大变化斜率法识别早、晚稻的成熟期。湖南省单、双季稻空间分布数据利用5次交叉验证得到的混淆矩阵平均总体分类精度可达90.65%,Kappa系数为0.87。该数据集的分析研究成果发表在《地理科学进展》2015年第34卷第10期。本数据集存储格式为.tif、.xlsx,压缩后数据量1.55MB。
Hunan Province is one of the major rice-producing regions in China, where single-cropping and double-cropping rice are co-cultivated. Based on the 2013 MOD09A1 dataset and combined with field surveys, the developed 2013 spatial distribution and growth stage dataset of single-cropping and double-cropping rice in Hunan Province includes: (1) 500-meter spatial resolution geographic distribution data of single-cropping and double-cropping rice in Hunan Province in 2013; (2) 500-meter spatial resolution data of three key growth stages (transplanting stage, heading stage, and maturing stage) for early and late rice of double-cropping rice in Hunan Province; (3) tabular data of the annual 8-day mean and standard deviation of the Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) for both single-cropping and double-cropping rice. This dataset was generated based on MOD09A1 data through data preprocessing, by calculating annual time-series curves of the Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI), Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), and Land Surface Water Index (LSWI). The annual time-series curves of EVI and NDVI were filtered using the Savitzky-Golay filter, and the CART decision tree classification method was applied to derive the spatial distribution data of single-cropping and double-cropping rice in Hunan Province. The turning point method was used to extract the transplanting and heading stages of early and late rice, while the maximum change slope method was adopted to identify the maturing stage of early and late rice. The spatial distribution data of single-cropping and double-cropping rice in Hunan Province achieved an average overall classification accuracy of 90.65% and a Kappa coefficient of 0.87, evaluated via a 5-fold cross-validation confusion matrix. The analytical research findings of this dataset were published in *Progress in Geography*, Volume 34, Issue 10, 2015. This dataset is stored in .tif and .xlsx formats, with a compressed data size of 1.55 MB.
