FOBIE (Focused Open Biological Information Extraction)

This dataset comprises approximately 1,500 sentences extracted from scientific biology texts. These sentences are annotated with syntactic similarity relations between TRADE-OFFS and unbounded parameters, as well as parameter modifiers. The FOBIE dataset has been employed to explore Semi-Open Relation Extraction (SORE). The relevant code and instructions can be found in the Readme.md file within the SORE folder or the ReadTheDocs documentation.
