本数据集是进行旋转、往复密封寿命试验得到的橡塑密封产品服役过程性能演变数据。旋转密封寿命试验针对三种不同材料、不同结构的旋转油封,针对旋转密封件S1,测试结果有无弹簧、不同磨损时间(0~50h)下的径向力、内径、摩擦扭矩、唇口轮廓、表面形貌;针对旋转密封件S2,测试结果包括不同温度(-40、23、120、150℃)、不同压力(0.05、0.1MPa)、不同转速(700~15000rpm)下的使用寿命,运行时间(0~120h)对密封圈尺寸、径向力、表面形貌的影响;针对旋转密封件S3,主要对其不同转速(0~4500rpm)、不同温度(RT~100℃)下的耐久性能。往复密封寿命试验针对VL封,包括不同运行里程(0~41km)下的泄漏率、摩擦力、重量、表面粗糙度、密封圈轮廓。
This dataset contains performance evolution data of rubber-plastic sealing products during their service period, obtained from rotary and reciprocating seal life tests. Rotary seal life tests were conducted on three types of rotary oil seals with distinct materials and structures: for rotary seal S1, test results include radial force, inner diameter, friction torque, lip profile and surface morphology under conditions with or without a spring, as well as at varying wear durations (0–50 h); for rotary seal S2, test results cover its service life under different temperatures (-40, 23, 120, 150 ℃), pressures (0.05, 0.1 MPa) and rotational speeds (700–15000 rpm), as well as the effects of operating duration (0–120 h) on seal dimensions, radial force and surface morphology; for rotary seal S3, the tests mainly focus on its durability performance under different rotational speeds (0–4500 rpm) and temperatures (RT–100 ℃). The reciprocating seal life test targets VL seals, and the collected data includes leakage rate, friction force, weight, surface roughness and seal profile under different operating mileages (0–41 km).
