内部采集通过磨机本体传感器网络实现核心参数毫秒级监测:研磨压力、轴瓦温度等由压力变送器和温度探头采集,经Profibus-DP总线传输至PLC;选粉机频率、排风机电流通过设备通讯接口获取,构建闭环控制基础。依托标准化协议整合跨系统数据:原煤仓料位采用雷达料位计,窑头/尾仓重通过称重模块接入DCS,CO浓度检测仪经Modbus TCP上传,形成分钟级更新的全链条监控体系。
Internal data collection achieves millisecond-level monitoring of core parameters via the sensor network on the mill body: Grinding pressure, bearing bush temperature and other relevant parameters are collected by pressure transmitters and temperature probes, then transmitted to the PLC through the Profibus-DP bus. The frequency of the powder separator and the current of the exhaust fan are obtained via the equipment communication interface, laying the foundation for closed-loop control. Cross-system data is integrated based on standardized protocols: the level of the raw coal silo is measured by a radar level gauge, the weights of the kiln head and tail silos are connected to the Distributed Control System (DCS) via weighing modules, and the CO concentration detector uploads data through Modbus TCP, forming a full-chain monitoring system updated at minute-level intervals.
