In order to search for the downstream target genes of Mafba and Mafbb, we isolated microglia (3 cells per sample) from 3-dpf zebrafish brain of siblings, mafba and mafbb single mutants and DMut under Tg(mpeg1:DsRedx) transgenic background (3 samples per genotype), respectively, and then performed RNA sequencing.
