Mus musculus Proteome. Mus musculus

The C57 mice, male and aged 6-8 weeks, were anethetizated and branche-perfused with 100 uL PBS, 1uM LPS in 100uL PBS, and 1e7 heat-denatured E.coli in 100uL. Twenty four hours later, the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BAL) samples were collected by perfused the lung with PBS for three times. The exosome in the BAL samples were extracted by the SEC column. The proteomic of the exosome samples were performed by mass spectrometry.
