This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing demand and consumption-related data of Biluochun tea from customers in the Wenzhou region, aiming to figure out customers' purchasing power, consumption preferences and demand volume for Biluochun tea, evaluate the market popularity of the product, and provide evidence-based support for all enterprises in the industry to formulate production strategies and deliver personalized products and services to users. 1. Data Collection: Collect transaction data related to customers' daily demand for Biluochun tea. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Processing: Conduct demand volume analysis on the processed data with the following formula: P = { (a₁ / b₁) + (a₂ / b₂) + (a₃ / b₃) } × k, where a₁ refers to the minimum single-order quantity, b₁ refers to the minimum single-order consumption amount, a₂ refers to the maximum single-order quantity, b₂ refers to the maximum single-order consumption amount, a₃ refers to the average single-order quantity, and b₃ refers to the average single-order consumption amount. k is the consumption coefficient that varies across regions; according to empirical values, the k value for Wenzhou is 0.8. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three tiers of "high", "medium" and "low" based on the calculated demand volume score: customers with a score above 100 are marked as "high-tier", those with a score within the range of 40 to 100 are marked as "medium-tier", and those with a score below 40 are marked as "low-tier".
