This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing consumption-related data of customers in Jiangsu Province regarding temperature-control quilts, aiming to understand customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences for temperature-control quilts, evaluate the market popularity of this product in the region, and clarify the local consumer demand status of the product. The findings will help all enterprises in the industry formulate production strategies and provide users with better personalized products and services. Since the overall sales of temperature-control quilts are affected by regional temperatures, the data application scenarios and corresponding algorithms are studied on a regional basis. 1. Data Collection: Collect relevant transaction data of customers related to temperature-control quilts. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the following formula: P = { (a₁ / b₁) + (a₂ / b₂) + (a₃ / b₃) } × k Where: a₁ represents the minimum single-order quantity, b₁ represents the minimum single-order consumption amount; a₂ represents the maximum single-order quantity, b₂ represents the maximum single-order consumption amount; a₃ represents the average order quantity, b₃ represents the average consumption amount. k is the consumption coefficient, which varies across different provinces. Based on empirical values, k is set to 33. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customer demand levels into three categories: "High", "Medium" and "Low" based on the calculated demand score. Specifically, scores above 10 are marked as "High Demand Level", scores within the range of 5 to 10 are marked as "Medium Demand Level", and scores below 5 are marked as "Low Demand Level". Calculate the proportion of high-demand-level customers as: (Number of high-demand-level customers / Total number of customers) × 100%. If the proportion is ≥ 50%, the urban consumption evaluation is recorded as "Excellent"; if the proportion is < 50%, the urban consumption evaluation is recorded as "General". It is required to increase the supply quantity and relevant sales policies for cities with "Excellent" consumption evaluations, maintain the product distribution coverage for cities with "General" sales performance, and continuously monitor the sales situation in these regions.
