Zebrafish embryos were injected with CRISPR reagents, collected at 48hours and loci corresponding to the CRISPRs were amplified by PCR and libraries were made by the addition of tailed oligos in a second round of PCR. Samples were pooled to make a single barcoded library prior to submission. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
