非粘土砂-V法线-造型

本课题以砂型铸造和特种铸造中典型工艺为研究对象，研究工艺参数与资源消耗、环境负荷的影响规律，建立铸造工艺资源环境负荷特征指标体系，确定铸造工艺资源环境负荷采集指标，基于集成了能够采集油雾、粉尘、气态污染物和噪声的传感器，采集了7条非粘土砂V法线造型工艺场景数据。

This study takes typical processes in sand casting and special casting as the research subject, and investigates the influence rules of process parameters on resource consumption and environmental load. Furthermore, it establishes the characteristic index system for resource and environmental load of casting processes, and determines the data collection indicators for such load. Leveraging integrated sensors capable of collecting oil mist, dust, gaseous pollutants and noise, a total of 7 sets of process scenario data for non-clay sand V-process molding were collected.
