以2月龄以及6月龄3xTg-AD小鼠为研究对象，以同龄的野生型小鼠为对照组，分别取眼组织以及海马，应用UHPLC-MRM-MS方法进行检测，分别得出多种差异代谢物。这些差异代谢物涉及氨基酸、脂质、维生素、核苷酸以及神经递质、能量代谢、氧化应激等。
2-month-old and 6-month-old 3xTg-AD mice were used as experimental subjects, while age-matched wild-type mice served as the corresponding control groups. Eye tissues and hippocampi were separately harvested from all subjects, and detected via UHPLC-MRM-MS analysis, leading to the identification of multiple differential metabolites. These differential metabolites are involved in various metabolic categories and biological processes, including amino acids, lipids, vitamins, nucleotides, neurotransmitters, energy metabolism, and oxidative stress.
