Phylogenetic analysis of Chinese Enidae: inference from genome-wide analyses and morphological studies on three selected genera

Data deposited here is the raw data of double digest restriction site associated DNA sequencing (ddRAD-seq) for Chinese Enidae land snails, including 46 specimens of the 3 selected genera, Subzebrinus, Pupinidius, and Petraeomastus, as well as 1 specimen of Clausiliopsis elamellatus. The file format is fastq. The specimen voucher and initial classification are also provided as the file name.
