Decentralised cooperation projects: South Sahara

These data come from the French Atlas of Decentralised Cooperation, set up in 2009 by the National Commission for Decentralised Cooperation (CNCD) of the MAE. They constitute nearly 13,000 international cooperation projects of 4,800 French authorities (regions, departments, municipalities and inter-communal structures) in 141 countries. These actions also include projects of French local authorities supported by the EAW, in support of decentralised cooperation.
