通过收集恒风行APP的义乌市公交车定位数据,对这些数据进行处理与分析,核算出不同公交车车辆上报时间间隔、上报次数,通过每一天车辆定位平均上报间隔与线路平均上报间隔的对比,可以分析得出该车辆定位数据上传是否正常,通过分析恒风行APP的义乌市公交车定位数据,可以优化公交服务质量、提升公交服务的准时性和可靠性,使乘客获得更准确的到站信息,从而改善整体出行体验。 (1)数据采集:导出恒风行后台统计出来的公交车车辆定位上报间隔数据
(2)数据处理:对数据进行清洗、去除无效数据、剔除空数据等操作。对线路平均时间间隔与车辆的数据进行匹配整合。
(3)数据加工:利用Excel对数据进行处理,如果平均时间间隔>线路平均时间间隔,评价为偏高,否则评价为正常。
(4)数据应用:对车辆的单位上传平均时间间隔进行评价,评价偏高(平均时间间隔>线路平均时间间隔)代表该车辆定位上传存在异常情况,需要进行排查。根据时间维度制成统计图,可以直观的反应出线路、车辆的运营情况,帮助运营管理人员能够及时的调整公交运营策略,调整路线、车辆的规格,也有利于运营管理部门进行针对性的优化决策。
This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing the positioning data of Yiwu public transit buses from the Hengfengxing APP. We first calculate the reporting time intervals and reporting counts of individual buses. By comparing the average daily reporting interval of each bus with the average reporting interval of its corresponding route, we can assess whether the bus positioning data upload is normal. Analyzing this dataset helps optimize public transport service quality, improve the punctuality and reliability of bus services, provide passengers with more accurate arrival information, and thus enhance the overall travel experience.
(1) Data Collection: Export the bus positioning reporting interval statistics from the backend of the Hengfengxing APP.
(2) Data Preprocessing: Perform operations such as data cleaning, removal of invalid data, and elimination of empty records, then match and integrate the average route time interval data with individual bus data.
(3) Data Processing and Evaluation: Use Excel to process the dataset. If a bus's average reporting time interval exceeds the average interval of its route, it is rated as "abnormally high"; otherwise, it is rated as "normal".
(4) Data Application: Evaluate the average reporting interval per unit time for each bus. An "abnormally high" interval (i.e., average time interval > route average) indicates abnormal positioning data upload for the bus, requiring troubleshooting. Generate time-based statistical charts to intuitively reflect the operational status of bus routes and individual vehicles, enabling operation managers to timely adjust public transport operation strategies including route adjustments and vehicle specification optimizations. This also facilitates targeted optimization decisions for public transport operation management departments.
