The recessed part includes a bottom surface. The bottom surface includes a first surface， a second surface， and a third surface. The first surface is a surface whose depth dimension is a first value. The depth dimension is a dimension from the surface of the base material along a thickness direction of the base material. The second surface is a surface whose depth dimension is a second value smaller than the first value. The third surface is a surface which is， on a rear side in the thickness direction， connected to the first surface， and， on a front side in the thickness direction， connected to the second surface.
