Open Access levels of Dutch universities 2010-2017

This small dataset contains csv data on the number of articles+reviews published by authors affiliated to Dutch Universities, 2010-2017, according to the Web of Science database, measured on 20171220. It also indicates the number of open access articles+reviews among those and the resulting percentages.
