自然资源高频次卫星遥感监测----别墅遥感监测产品

基于高频次卫星遥感影像，利用自动提取技术，深度学习地物特征，针对别墅用地，构建样本知识库，深度学习建筑物特征，采用多期影像，自动发现别墅建设年度变化，形成了别墅专题监测产品。 别墅遥感监测包含已有别墅的现状和历史状态监测以及新增别墅监测，主要是利用已有别墅监测台账和多期遥感影像，辅以其它来源的监测成果，利用自动提取技术对别墅的现状和历史状态进行比对，并提取新增的别墅用地。This dataset is developed for villa-specific remote sensing monitoring. It first uses high-frequency satellite remote sensing imagery, automatic extraction technology, and deep learning models to extract ground and building features, then constructs a sample knowledge base targeting villa land parcels. By utilizing multi-temporal remote sensing images, it automatically detects annual changes in villa construction, and finally forms a villa-specific thematic monitoring product. Villa remote sensing monitoring covers two core tasks: monitoring the current and historical status of existing villas, and monitoring newly added villas. The workflow mainly relies on existing villa monitoring ledgers and multi-temporal remote sensing images, supplemented by monitoring results from other sources. Automatic extraction technology is applied to compare the current and historical states of villas and extract newly added villa land parcels.
