This dataset is the slope length and steepness (LS) factor map of Shaanxi Province, with a spatial resolution of 50 meters and stored in raster format. It was derived from the 50-meter resolution DEM of Shaanxi Province. Projection: Albers. The slope length and steepness factor is an indicator characterizing the relationship between topography and soil erosion, and its definition is consistent with that used in USLE (as well as RUSLE and CSLE).
