Freiburg i. Br. — Soil benchmark zones 2014

Pursuant to Section 193(5) of the Building Code – BauGB – the expert committee for the determination of land values in Freiburg i. Br. To determine soil benchmarks in accordance with the provisions of the BauGB and the Expert Committee Ordinance. At its meeting on 8 June 2015, the Expert Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i. Br. decided on the ground benchmarks indicated in the soil benchmark map as at 31.12.2014, taking into account § 196 BauGB and § 12 of the Review Committee Ordinance for Baden-Württemberg.
