RLPI of Rennes Métropole – zoning plan of the Intercommunal Local Advertising Regulation

This layer represents the zoning plan of the Local Regulation of Intercommunal Advertising (RLPI).

The three zoning of the graphic settlement (Z1, Z2, Z3) are as follows:
\- Zone 1 (Z1) corresponds to agglomerated areas with a residential or mixed purpose, habitat and activities. It has two sectors delimited on the graphic document: sector 1a which corresponds to residential or mixed areas in agglomeration of the communes of the urban unit of Rennes; sector 1b, which corresponds to residential or mixed areas in agglomeration of communes outside Rennes;
\- Zone 2 (Z2), corresponds to agglomerated areas for economic, commercial, artisanal or industrial activities. It has two sectors delimited on the graphic document: sector 2a which corresponds to the areas of economic activity in agglomerations of the communes of the urban unit of Rennes; sector 2b which corresponds to areas of economic activity in agglomerations of municipalities outside Rennes urban unit.
\-/!\ Zone 3 (Z3), corresponds to a band of 10 meters wide on either side of the right-of-way limit of the structuring axes of the agglomerations identified on the graphic document. This is a linear and non-surfacic data. The local provisions replace the provisions applicable in zone 1 (Z1) that these structuring axes pass through.

The areas demarcated as polygons represent zones 1 and 2, and that demarcated as a line represents zone 3. The RLPI applies within the demarcated areas in the agglomerations of the communes of Rennes Métropole. This zoning is defined and specified in the literal regulation and graphic parts of the RLPI from which the following information is extracted. This Regulation shall apply to the entire metropolitan territory, including non-agglomeration areas, with regard to local restrictions on signs.
